Hey everyone, per the title: I’m 23, turning 24 in a few weeks, standing 6’3 and tipping the scale at 275lbs. For a long stretch I’ve battled with this, dabbling in all sorts of training plans and eating approaches, only to lose steam roughly 1-2 minutes in once progress wasn’t visible. Lately my girlfriend and I kicked off a fitness/health push as prep for my upcoming proposal; we’re both aiming to feel our best since neither of us has been satisfied with our bodies for ages. I’d been checking out the Wegovy pill, but the cost put me off, which is when reta and the “grey market” started popping up everywhere—I had zero idea how to locate it, so I guess step 1 is done. Honestly I’m completely in the dark here, so any pointers are super welcome! My target weight sits around 200. I’ve kept a calorie deficit going for nearly a month and have mostly eliminated soda and sweets entirely. I swim 45 minutes to an hour, minimum 3x weekly, often 4. Plus I take roughly 30 minute walks 2-3x per week. I’ve read that pairing reta with tesa works well; once more, any advice at all is appreciated.
