Hi, I'm a guy from Spain. I'm 30 years old, chronically obese (110 kg/165 cm), and I've tried everything, but I can't seem to lose more than 10–12 kg—I'm stuck there, despite diets, the gym, and everything else.

I bought it from a “Made in China” supplier after comparing prices and doing a bit of research on the topic; I was determined to inject myself, but to be honest, I got scared shortly after buying it.
Well, that’s my situation—I want to use it, but I’m new to this. I already have it here, and I’m afraid to use it because it might be something else, like insulin or something similar.
