Keeping this brief.

My journey kicked off on March 8th 2026.

Weight when I started: 265lbs

Weight now: 207

Nutrition is on point, and I hit the gym at least 5 days each week.

First R3ta dose: 1mg/week

Dose I'm at now: 3.5mg/week

I figure I fell into the super responder category, since things moved fast for me, though I also made sure to eat clean food in large amounts and train with intensity. At 28 years old I'm in the best shape I've ever been, and all the fresh attention and compliments coming my way feel a bit much, since my original reason for starting was simply to feel happier and get more done.

Other stuff:

KLOW

MT2 (once per week)

Edit: been lurking forum for 3-4 months, decided it’s time to say hi

About 60 lbs over 4 months, you were not exaggerating about being a super responder. If you do not mind me asking - roughly what age bracket are you in?

Great work, the difference in your before / after pics really stands out.

How long have you been running KLOW and has it shown any noticeable effect for you yet?

28 is my age right now. Pretty much all I do is grind at work, stick to a clean diet, and stay consistent with my training and cardio.

KLOW is something I actually JUST began 5 days ago. Before that, from March 8th up until 5 days ago, I was running GHK-Cu, then made the switch. I'm fairly certain the batch I had was "bad" since after reconstituting it came out a much lighter blue shade than I would have expected. Honestly, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the other compounds inside it are still active. I only picked up a couple of vials for cheap from a friend, so if it turns out to be junk, it's not a big loss. My main motivation for moving to klow was to get some nagging injuries healed that I never properly rehabbed. Plus I didn't want to drop ghk entirely. The anti inflammatory benefits of KPV also caught my interest, so all things considered it seemed like a smart and cost effective choice.
