Hi all!
A few days of reading these forums and I finally signed up.
Some history first. Tirz is what I am on, for roughly 18 months now. The ceiling for me has been 15mg and about 80lbs are gone. Another 20-30 still needs to go, but tirz feels like it is running out of road. Nothing has moved for a few months. Crossfit also started around 18 months back, so the loss looks like a mix of the two.
The food noise is not fully back, though it is nowhere near as quiet as it was at the start. Roughly 50% would be my guess.
Given what it costs me, whether to keep paying is something I am now debating. Rather than stopping outright, switching to Ret to see if more weight comes off seemed worth trying.
So here I am. Some reading on Ret has been done, but this gray market business makes me fairly uneasy, so I am doing my best to research and work out the right path before committing.
A bit has been read already, yet there is clearly much more to learn, and I am looking forward to picking it up from everyone here.
