Hi all, this is my opening post! 👋

The way I eat: order a pizza, order a cheesesteak, then roll one up inside the other. Yes, that's a lot of food. But it makes me happy, and that's the point. 🍕

Jokes aside though, I'm back at the start of this journey. I've taken Tirz before, so I know what to expect from them. My hope is that this group helps me work out what suits me best over the long run.

The way it works is straightforward. First, you have to pick between Pizzahut and staying healthy. If you choose correctly, sema, tirz, reta...or any of them, will assist you in putting that choice into action.
