I've been reading and learning quietly for some time, though I'm new around here. Peptides are a recent addition for me, and I'm extremely thankful for the extra perks GLP1's gave me beyond dropping weight.
As for me: 54 years old, an athlete my whole life, BJJ black belt, I've completed fairly "extended" fasts (24 days being my record), and I'd say I know my way around nutrition. Since bringing peps into the mix, it's felt like a blessing because I feel a minimum of 5 years younger.
On top of that, I deal with Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy, and I suspect tirzepitide significantly reduced the symptoms. Anyone else experience this??? I've used a number of peptides, but my belief is that T brought down a great deal of inflammation, among it the inflammation responsible for BPH.
