Reta is only about 5 weeks old for me. Roughly 12 pounds gone, which thrills me given I haven't gone at it hardcore yet. Not easy with 3 kids and constantly on the move. Temptations everywhere. Shoulder and lower back pain mean KLOW is the next peptide on my list. Looking forward to picking things up from everybody here, and ideally contributing something of my own too.
