My GLP-1 journey has been going for a while, with Ozempic and Zepbound used earlier on. Zepbound came to an end recently and about 18 lbs returned inside two months — the food noise is REAL
. Only once you're off these medications do you realize quite how much they were doing for you.
The Reta/peptide world is still quite new to me, and WOW is there a lot to learn. Terminology I come across leaves me completely lost half the time, so reading through the forum and building a better understanding of it all is what I'm looking forward to.
Anyway, glad to be here and to officially say hello!
A big thank you as well to the owner, the admins and the mods for assembling all of this. So far it comes across as a genuinely welcoming little community and a safe space.
