A few weeks of lurking around here taking all the information in has led me to finally start an account, now that questions are piling up that need answering!
Reta has been part of my routine for just over a month now and it's been a game changer for my weight loss. A friend's success convinced me to try it out, and just how effective it has been has surprised me.
