Hi all, weight loss peptides have been in my life since 2024 (fall/winter), with a brief unsuccessful off-cycle period...now it's back on and tapering down to the lowest effective dose i think i can manage. Learning what other people do at this stage, once the weight is lost, is why im here, as im struggling.
