Hey everyone!
My reason for being here is a bigger goal: improve my health as a whole...shed the pounds, prevent them from coming back, and turn this into a permanent way of living rather than something I keep repeating.
I've already given a few approaches a shot, sema and tirz (compounds) included, plus keto and other changes to how I live. Some of it worked, but honestly… the hard part has been holding onto the results and not falling off track.
Right now I'm thinking about going back on tirz or maybe giving reta a try, yet I don't want to dive in again blindly. This time I want to actually get what I'm doing. My aim is to learn, approach it with more purpose, and finally make it last.
So I'm joining to take in as much as I can, listen to what people have really been through, and work out how to be smarter about this, not simply quicker.
Can't wait to pick things up from all of you!
