Since my account is new, that red marker shows up on my profile, right? What am I supposed to do if that is the only reason I am here

I want to be part of this website as a community member, but there is nothing else I can find to do other than, well, that thing

and talking about peptides and meds with other people makes no sense because I have never purchased them and cannot relate

So aside from the one thing I am not permitted to do, I have no idea what else to do
