Started Nov 2025, I've only lost this much because I wasn't taking it super seriously in the beginning and I've recently been sedentary (remote job). I've recently noticed I've been consistently losing weight faster now that I have consistently dosed and upped my dose week by week.

I've been super excited about it!! Trust me I've tried it all.. Keto, Low-Carb, Mediterranean, Carnivore, Caloric Deficit, all before 18. It has always been losing and gaining the same 3-5 pounds over and over again until I just give up. But now that I'm on Tirz, I can easily manage cravings and food intake without feeling like I'm about to die of starvation.

Looking to switch to reta, and building a stack for optimizing fat loss and energy. Let me know what you recommend!

What's up man, I just wanted to let you know it only gets easier and more addicting as you go on your weight loss journey. I have started back in the gym about 2 months ago and it's really been something that has gotten me going, not just on the scale but how I feel when I look in the mirror. I started at 300-325 ( I didn't have the Gauls to jump on the scale right away, when I did a month into it I was 290) Currently I am at 253 and looking to get down to 200. Honestly before then I just started walking with my kids, got a better stroller and hoofed around and saw the weight start falling off. I wish you best of luck on your journey. Reta is what first brought me here. The results look crazy but I hear the food noice is not the same as tirz? that just what I read from my lurking. Looking to hear more from members on this. Like I think you get fuller faster but still have more food noice than the Tirz.

Hi!! Super similar story to me. Wishing you lots of luck. Weight loss was super slow for me in the beginning then it just started to fly off. I’m at a stall now but I also work a remote job so I know I need to get a bit more active & probably track what I eat a bit more lol.

Trust the process & put in the effort & the rest will follow. I’m super excited for you - peptides were life changing for me.

Thank you!! I absolutely am feeling that wind of addictive-ness just watching the weight drop over time, weirdly enough its flipped a switch in terms of thinking ahead about my weight. It's what led me to look more into peptides, and subsequently this forum.

And yes! There seems to be WAY less food noise on Tirz in comparison to Reta. At least for me, It has completely destroyed my cravings. So much so that I'll actually feel hungry, but nothing really sounds worth eating for me (that probably sounds bad, still looking into a default food or snack for when im feeling that way XD).

I'm particularly interested in trying reta for targeting glucagon receptors better than glps 1-2, and apparently better energy levels. It also seems to have about a day on tirz in terms of half life. (Fact check me if im wrong on any of this lol). I've seen some stack reta while taking tirz (substituting a mg of tirz for reta) so I might try that.

Update on this, Currently 388 (yay!) and slowly upping my dose of tirz to keep the ball rolling. Recently added MOTS-C as well. 1.5 mg every other day and might up that dose pretty soon. Noticing a veeeery slight positive difference in energy so im pretty excited about it!
