Good morning! I've got 8 kids and I'm 48, and I dove headfirst into the world of peptides. Over 2024-2025 I burned months reading about peptides without any plan to actually use them. (Needles have scared me my entire life). I'm simply a curious sort, and they sounded incredible!

Then Feb. of 2025 rolled around. My second son — he's 20 — started using peptides for his autoimmune disorders. Inside 3 months, the change in him was obvious to all of us! Peptides clearly work. Where his vitiligo had been spreading, hair started coming back in its natural colour instead of white. His POTS disappeared, the eczema went with it, and his hands and feet finally stopped feeling like icicles! We were stunned.

I began to properly consider pinning, even though the idea scared me stiff. My husband was still uneasy about me "shooting up".😂 A few months back, I partially tore my shoulder at the gym. My son pushed me towards BPC157/TB500. (PSA-It sorted my shoulder).

I ordered through one of the big mainstream vendors and torched far too much cash on four peptides. I remember thinking: how does anyone afford this hobby? (I get it now, thanks to this forum). My 20 yo son handled my very first pin. I perched on the rim of our tub, sweating and lightheaded, sure I'd faint. (I didn't). Honestly, it was easy! And this morning I jabbed myself four times without a second thought...

I stay very active and lift heavy a few times a week, and I eat pretty well, yet perimenopause has absolutely wrecked me. My HRT is progesterone only, since I'm estrogen dominant. Right now I'm running GHK-Cu, BPC 157/TB500, CJC-1295/Ipa, plus Reta. Down the road I'd like to try Mots-C, Nad+, Epitalon, SS31 and Celebrolysin.

In my experience, once you begin the peptide journey with just 1 pin a day, it doesn't take long before that number keeps climbing 🤣

That's been my experience too. 😆

Hi there! I saw what you wrote and I'm really interested in the details of your son's regimen. Any idea what he was on? Autoimmune issues are what got me into looking at peptides in the first place, so I'm always eager to hear which stacks people turn to for symptom relief.

I appreciate the warm welcome!

My son deals with vitiligo, POTS, eczema, and Reynaud's syndrome. BPC-157 was his first peptide. Only 3 weeks in, his POTS and Reynaud's had improved noticeably. Standing no longer made his heart pound, and his fingers and hands stopped turning white and going numb. That gave him a lot of hope! My guess is that the BPC-157 boosted his VEGF and VEGFR2 expression, which led to a big jump in his circulation.

Next he tried GHK-Cu, hoping it might do something for his vitiligo, which sits near 1 sideburn. The hair on that sideburn and in that area of his beard grows in white. At 20, he hates that. After 1 month, he found he could have milk and dairy again with no stomach trouble. What?! His gut appeared tougher and more resilient. By month 2, his eczema had vanished. Entirely. His hands looked totally normal. They hadn't looked healthy since he was about 5.

Then he did a short burst of MT1, trying to bring color back to the skin affected by vitiligo. He saw some color return, but he quit it because of that peptide's possible risks. He stayed on the GHK-Cu, and hair has grown in his natural color inside the borders of the vitiligo! That change took a solid 5 months to show up.

What autoimmune disorder are you looking to treat?
