Nothing in the way of prior hands-on experience with peptides or GLP-1 medications, though my curiosity has turned intense lately. Much like the rest of you, the last while has been spent in forums, papers and articles — working out how these compounds function, what people actually report in practice, and how to move carefully and responsibly before any decision gets made.
My habit is to dig deep before touching anything unfamiliar, so for the moment I'm in learning mode. Three things interest me: the underlying science, the hands-on logistics, and the accounts of people further along than I am. Gaps that are hard to close elsewhere are what I'm hoping this place fills.
No particular diagnosis or weight target drives this. The angle is general health optimization plus research, and which path suits me best is still an open question.
