Hello to my new 30K-ish friends! Happy to be here. This resource first came across my path quite a while back, but creating an account gave me pause. Recently, though, the stairway to grey was ascended, and here I am again, on a quest for more knowledge about GLP-1 and other peptides alike, with optimizing my overall health and well-being as the goal.
GLP-1s are not exactly a stranger to me. liraglutide came first about 3-4 years ago, a relatively short course, discontinued because the cost was exorbitant. My spouse joined me for a course of tirzepatide more recently. Great benefits were seen by both of us in regards to curbing hunger and helping manage weight loss. Quite a bit of digestive upset was experienced by both of us, though, and a SIGNIFICANT decrease in energy was something I noticed. Too tired to exercise was how I always felt, and the full benefit of the tirz wasn't being received due to my lack of consistent movement.
retatrutide is what we are looking into trying after taking a few months to reset, hoping for the continued benefits of hunger and weight management while maintaining enough energy to keep up with a consistent fitness regimen.
The peptides that are beneficial beyond these, and the ones that stack together for the best results in my quest to become the best version of me, are what interest me most. Your best resources for learning which peptides can be stacked would be great to know - what are they? A few books were invested in (William Seeds, Jay Campbell, etc.), but they turned out to be minimally informative.
Getting lean and getting learned with you all is what I look forward to.
