Saying hi felt better than just lurking.

Dieting properly is something I've done for years. The non-negotiables for me are clean eating, consistent lifting and hitting protein targets; the training and food side is fairly well dialled in. tirz got a trial, but the fatigue and chills hit harder than I was prepared to put up with, so I backed off. Coming here was the recommendation I received, hoping for some clarity on how other people handled that.

GLP-1s, in my view, do their best work when they sit on top of solid habits; they're never a substitute for them. What I'm keen on is learning from people who've lived through the ups and downs and worked out what their own body tolerates.

Some of my reading has gone to retatrutide as well, especially the lipid side: the triple agonism's glucagon arm looks like it pushes LDL and atherogenic particles down further than the weight loss by itself would account for. Has anyone on here been tracking their lipid panel while on it?

Getting to know everyone is something I'm looking forward to. Cheers.
