Hi everyone! G'day from Australia — finding this community has been a real relief.

A bit about me: Type 2 diabetic, and around 140kg at the moment. Weight loss for me has been a long, frustrating road. Balancing blood sugar against eating in a way that shifts kilos is genuinely tough — just when I think the diet is dialled in, something knocks it off course and square one is where I end up.

A lot of reading has been going on lately about GLP-1 peptides and how people in similar situations have been helped — for blood sugar as well as appetite and weight. Learning from the experienced folks here — how these things work, what to expect, and how to get the most out of them alongside a better diet and lifestyle — is exactly what I'm hoping for.

Rushing isn't the plan — doing this properly and safely matters, especially with diabetes in the picture. Reading through the existing posts is something I look forward to, along with learning from your experiences and, over time, contributing something to this community.

Appreciate the welcome!
