Hey everyone,

I'm a 44-year-old male living on the South Coast of NSW. Some context: I've had a poor relationship with food, I deal with psoriatic arthritis, the flare-ups are happening more often, I'm not keen on medications, and I want to give peptides a try. This forum is fantastic and I'm already picking up a lot.

Over time, the swelling throughout my body has really decreased. Aches and pains have become less frequent, and my sleep quality has improved a lot. As an adult, I have never felt this young. Cheers!
