Good to meet everyone in such a welcoming online forum. My wife and I started on this journey recently, after prescription tirz changed our lives. It's handed us a new healthy outlook on life (minus the $$$ needed). This wonderful rabbit hole was jumped down recently, and this forum got browsed until making an account felt comfortable enough to start a new journey.
