Hi everyone, Australia is home. Weight loss has been my goal for what feels like forever. Just about every diet has been tried, along with a few weight loss medications that barely moved the needle. GLP-1s — sema specifically — came my way about 9 months ago, and over 20 kgs is gone to date. The forum has had my attention for a while, and connecting with like-minded people is something I'm looking forward to.
