Hi everyone. I am 55M Australian. Spent 8 months on Mounjaro last year, I managed to lose about 17kg. Wasn’t quite at target weight and stopped due to the cost of pharmacy bought Mounjaro. Had a few months break and bounced back about 5kg. Discovered the grey market and have started again on Reta at a fraction of the cost. Made a couple of successful purchases and have a good stockpile of Reta and Tirz. Up to 8mg weekly dose of Reta after 4 months and weight loss has been very slow. Getting a few side effects such as skin sensitivity, often feeling cold, slightly elevated heart rate, however no bad effects. Will move up to 10mg in a couple more weeks and hoping to continue slow and steady progress. Found at 7.5mg Mounjaro I had really good blocking of food noise unlike now on Reta. Will keep trying Reta for a few more months and see how it goes. What an awesome websites and a wealth of information for newbies to the grey market. Good luck to all on your peptide journey!

I think it was starting around AUD$400 for lower dose and up to AUD$700 as you approach 15mg. So USD$300-$500. That is for a pen that lasts one month. Really is way too expensive! How much do you guys pay over there?
 
Same cost 299-499 USD. How are you liking the switch to Reta?

I just started Tirz and bought several way too expensive vials (like 600 bucks for what Im seeing I could have gotten for 20 bucks). Im older and wiser now (three weeks older in fact- hahahahah)

Hahaha… yeah wish I had have found the grey market earlier. Better late than never. I actually have found that Tirz was easier for me to lose weight. This surprised me with all the hype about Reta. I am about to go up to 10mg Reta and hoping that will make a difference. I have friends using the same batch as myself losing huge amounts of weight on 2mg. I have tried 3 different batches and no real difference for me. It may just be that I don’t respond as well as others to it.
 
@Gordito - I am in almost the same experience - pharmacy cost at higher dose monjouro is crazy. I used the last of my monjouro at min dose as i started Reta, was doing 2.5 monjouro and 2mg Reta for the first 3 weeks and the weight was melting off, since i ran out of monjouro weightloss has slowed (but still going down), considering stacking again - the food noise suppression isnt as strong on Reta i am finding.
 
I was on 12.5mg of Mounjaro for 8 months and began to plateau. Went from 112kgs and have sat at 98-100kgs for a few months. Just started on Reta a few weeks ago. Started at 2mg, however food cravings were massive and always feeling hungry, unlike when i was on Moun. I just upped it to 5mg today to see if that helps. Anyone else gone from a high dose of Mounjaro straight to Reta, and what dose do you recommend? Have had no side effects, apart from feeling a bit cold all the time. Looking to drop the extra 8kgs and get down to 90kgs. I also ordered some Cag as a friend told me to add that to get rid of the food noise, but will take any advice from seasoned pros! Thanks
 
Welcome, very interesting read. Mounjaro is the most recommended and publicly available weight loss drug in the UK, it’s what I initially looked into. But several close friends had been trying Reta with great success, very consistent weight loss. So I wanted to do more research for myself before making a decision. Appreciate you taking the time to write up your experiences so far.
