Hi everyone, I'm 27 years old and an athlete. For roughly the past 2 months, I've been using BPC-157 and TB500.

I just signed up here, mainly hoping to eventually locate different suppliers and cut costs, which I intend to handle once I've made my introductory post.

I appreciate being let in.

Welcome aboard. I'm in a fairly comparable spot. My own peptide journey began because of a knee injury, and at this point I'm a few weeks out from surgery and recovering. Hopefully they do you some good. As for what I'm running: TB-4, KPV, GHK-cu, and the Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 no dac combo. I decided against BPC-157 because I'm aware of several people who had a serious BP reaction to it, and I'm prone to BP sensitivity with lots of things that carry that possibility (Tirzepatide already triggers that in me too!).

Do you administer the injection at the location of the injury, or do you use a systemic approach?

Hey, welcome aboard! Good to see you found your way to this spot.

If BPC-157 and TB-500 have been part of your routine for a couple months, then the recovery side of peptides is clearly nothing new to you. Plenty of athletes land here for the same basic reasons — picking up what others have learned, swapping observations, and working out what genuinely delivers results.

As you continue exploring and fine-tuning things, hopefully this community proves useful. It would be great to hear how the BPC/TB combo has been treating you so far and what changes you've picked up on over the last couple of months.

See you around!

I'd appreciate a bit more background on your beginning. My sport leaves me with injuries now and then. Up to this point reta is the only thing I've used, so any extra details on this would be helpful.

Glad you're here — what does your BPC/TB schedule look like? For my back injury it made a real difference, and a guy I work with saw the same for a torn quad.

How did it affect your friends' BP? This is completely new to me, and I don't have any problems myself.

I first came across BP/TB through the klow blend, so I took 1 dose in the morning and another in the evening, adding 250/250mcgs. My back injury did heal, and so far it looks like it has aided my recovery a lot during workouts.

KLOW is sitting here unused — I haven't begun it. Right now I'm finishing up some bpc 157, and I'm thinking about easing in at a smaller dose first to gauge the response.

Out of nowhere, my bicep tendon has become inflamed. Fingers crossed this does something for it.

Following !!!! I recently grabbed some BPC myself for lower back pain, knee pain, and general body aches from Jiu Jitsu. I've come across both amazing feedback and nightmare accounts. What dosage and weekly routine is everyone running? And do you pin the stomach or near the affected area?

1 shot was enough to push BP up to 185/110. rare? possibly. uncommon? I wouldn't bet on it. search Google for BPC-157 plus blood pressure, or dig through reddit, and you'll turn up dozens of similar reports. when it does hit, the long half life makes it worse. my friend needed 2 weeks before his BP settled.

Same story as GLP1s. most people are fine, but hypertension risk is real with those too. I went in knowing that and avoided Reta, since I figured it could kill me, and instead gave Tirz micro dosing a shot. only 0.8mg x2 per week and my systolic BP climbed 20pts while HR went up roughly 10pts. the reason I expected it: GLPs, and even more so glycogen receptor agonists like Reta, activate the sympathetic nervous system. that explains why nearly everyone gets some mild to moderate HR bump from them. for me, the issue is neurogenic hypertension: anything that fires up sympathetic nerves sends my BP through the roof. caffeine is off the table, etc.

That's intriguing. Could you share a few of those terrible experiences people have had with it?

After hurting my knee last Fall, I began looking into things on several reddit forums. Because I work in Pharma development, I had access to our database and a specialized pharmacy AI tool, which let me investigate the science more thoroughly and put together a game plan. The single item I would still like to include in my regimen is BPC-157; apart from that, I am very pleased with my stack, as it gives solid coverage for controlling inflammation and supporting healing

Just a bunch of stuff about if you have cancer, it makes it worse, or if you have tumors, it makes them grow, things along those lines.

My injections have mostly gone into the belly and glutes. Around my shoulders there isn't much fat, so pinning the area directly isn't really an option.

The first time I saw results was with klow, and then I stacked extra BPC/TB on top of that. My tendonitis improved fairly noticeably.

Each day I use 500mcgs of both, divided so that klow goes in during the morning and a BPC/TB shot happens post-workout late in the day.

That's a reaction I hadn't come across before. In my case reta either had no effect or slightly lowered my blood pressure. Mine was typically 125/70, and the last several readings were 115-120/70. It might also be because I'm training again after 6 months away recovering from an injury.

None of that is anything more than guessing. No study has established that it leads straight to this. Keeping the chance in mind isn't a bad thing, but with no evidence of a direct connection, nobody really knows.
