Hey everyone,

I'm a 42-year-old father. Doctor visits have never been part of my routine, but after watching friends and relatives deal with health issues lately, something finally got through to me. I had bloodwork done this July. My triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure all came back elevated, and I was borderline pre-diabetic. Strange thing is, I'd never thought of myself as unhealthy, yet the labs told a different story. My wife had already begun GLP1 and was making healthier choices, so I decided to join her, and the numbers are now moving the right way. I've dropped 30 lbs and I'm happy with how it's going, though I don't want to shed more weight since I felt I looked frail. These days I'm focused on body re-composition to fine-tune everything.

So begins my education on which peptides might help me get the most out of my efforts. I'm still trying to build a steady weightlifting habit. The mental side is the toughest obstacle, but it's better than it's ever been. Riding my bike every day (100 miles/wk) leaves my legs sore pretty much constantly.

Current Stack:

Reta - 1.5mg

SLU-PP-332 - 750mcg (SQ) on biking days (probably won't continue afterward since info seems minimal and recon is a hassle)

BPC/TB - 500+500mcg 5x On/2x Off (worked great for knee aches caused by the sudden jump in biking volume)

Planned:

Reta - same dose, since I just need a little help building a habit of not overeating

KLOW - At next cycle

SS31

MOTS-C

CJC+IPA - muscle recovery is needed because my legs hurt every single day

SW: 215.8 lbs (unknown BF)

CW: 183.7 lbs (25% BF)

GW: 185-190 lbs with sub 20% BF

Glad to have you here! You've made impressive progress and are moving toward better health — well done! 💪 I'm excited for us to learn from one another. Wishing you the best as you work toward your goals!

Hi! It seems you've already put in a fair amount of research toward building your stack. I believe you'll appreciate the support and the information available here.
For a while now I've been reading posts here quietly, doing my best to take in whatever information I could. I think I've built a reasonable foundation at this point, but learning more is always worthwhile.
