Yep, you're stuck reading yet another new member intro.

For 1 year I've been on sema, sourced through an online compound pharmacy. Results have been good, but once you realize the cost is too high and maintenance is on the horizon, it's time to look around and figure out what else is out there.

Indian online pharmacies have been my source for meds for many, many years. This is a bit (!) more involved, though I'm always ready for a challenge. Dosing math is the only thing that gets to me, so I'll put in the work to learn it.

As a newcomer, it's rough—there's a ton I'd like to reply to. I'm reading as much as I can and attempting to pick up every bit of the shorthand, acronyms, and abbreviations. A wiki covering those would be great.

At the start, figuring out the dosing feels really scary. 😞

Be patient, and before long you'll be using samax nasal spray just to concentrate on every stacking protocol along with all the blending and mixing math
