Hello, another newcomer here from Oregon. Weight was never an issue for me until the last 15 yrs, when I moved from physically active jobs to sitting at a desk. Gradually, 60lbs crept up on me, followed by a cancer fight. At this point I'm retired, 63 yrs old, and 230 lbs, trying to find healthier ways to look after myself after spending all these years looking after everyone else! Right now I'm on Tirz compound, in week 3, but I'll be making the change to Retta as soon as my supply arrives! So far so good, only plenty of nausea. In any case, this forum keeps me motivated! Thanks for reading my intro.
