Hi everyone!
While surfing the web, I came across conversations about GLP-1 medications, and after digging deep into the subject, I landed on this forum. And wow… what a discovery!
A bit about me: I'm 40 years old, and I've spent my entire life carrying a label nobody ever asks for — the chubby one in the group. I was the guy who never took his shirt off at the beach, who turned his gaze away from mirrors, who slipped out of photos or positioned himself behind others just to seem smaller. To someone who hasn't been through it, that may sound like nothing, but those who've lived it understand the weight it carries — and not only on the scale.
I got up to 97kg, stuck inside a body I didn't recognize and felt ashamed to let anyone see.
Then tirzepatide entered the picture — and with it came the first time in ages that I genuinely felt in charge. So far I've dropped 12kg, I'm now at 85kg, and for the first time in years I can face the mirror without that nagging voice in my head. There's still a long way to go, but the change is already undeniable.
What really drew me in, though, was the realization that tirzepatide was merely the front door. That a whole universe of peptides exists with amazing potential — not only for shedding weight, but for building lean muscle, recovery, longevity, and healthy aging. And at 40, those things matter more with each passing year. What was effortless at 25 now demands a plan.
That's why I'm here — to learn from those already walking this road. I want to figure out the right protocols, discover which peptides are worth looking into, and soak up everything this amazing community has to offer.
My end goal is easy to state but life-changing to achieve: to leave behind the ashamed chubby guy and turn into the person I always wanted to be. Healthy, strong, full of energy — and perhaps, someday, comfortable enough to take my shirt off.
Thrilled to be part of this community. Thanks for existing!
