Jonathan here. Male, 46, living in Albuquerque. Day one: 5'9, 205 lbs. Reta at 1mg is the start. 450 pounds was where I sat 15 years ago. Ten years of fighting got me to 250, and I assumed that was the floor. Drinking stopped 5 years back, and a further 70 pounds came off. Some muscle has gone on since, a bit of fat has come back, and 205 is where I currently reside. Workouts, meal tracking and sleep routines are all solidly in place — and here I sit. So Reta goes in, aimed at an ultimate healthy weight that has dodged me for decades.
