Hi all, happy to have come across this community, complete beginner even though I'm in my late 50's. Began R3ta and GLOW 3 weeks back after shelling out a premium on a site a podcast suggested, quality product but, extremely steep cost. Have already come across some solid threads and tips here and I'm eager to keep learning more. Thanks, Al

Not exactly — the appetite chatter quieting down, as it's often described, happened fast for me. The first 2 weeks I stayed at 1mg and things went well. When I bumped it to two, my hunger vanished entirely, though I otherwise still felt fine. My plan is to remain at 1mg and see how things progress. There isn't much weight for me to drop, and I'm after the other perks that come along with it. Regarding the GLOW, not much to report so far, but with only 3 weeks in, I wasn't expecting anything yet. No adverse reactions either, apart from slight redness where I inject, which fades within a couple of hours.
