My name is Irish, though most people call me Aish. I'm 33 years old and based in the Philippines.

Tirzepatide has been part of my routine for about 4 months. So far I've dropped around 5 kg. Whether I'm simply a slow responder or there's something I should change, I'm not sure — so I joined this group to learn more and hear how others have fared.
