INTRO: After months of lurking, I’m finally posting one of these

Hi all — I’ve been on GLP1Chat for about 5 months, but my time here has mostly gone toward reading and research. I’ve dug through many threads on the site and also spent time on STG, wanting a clearer picture of things before I began posting much. I’m still early in working out my own approach; my focus has been on seeing how people handle this safely and what actually lasts over the long term. I decided it was time to finally write an introduction. I’m looking forward to picking up more from GLP1Chat.

When it comes to putting things online, I tend to be quite careful, yet this place seems to have kind members and valuable materials, so becoming part of a group with similar interests feels great.
