I’m a 30-year-old man from Spain. I live with chronic obesity: 165 cm and 110 kg. I’ve attempted every option, yet I can’t get past losing 10–12 kg—that’s where I get stuck, even with dieting, the gym, and all the rest.
I’ve long wanted to try semaglutide-style peptides, but in Europe they’re extremely pricey (and I believe that’s true worldwide).
Frustrated by that, I chose the gray market. I ended up buying 10-mg tirzepatide vials and bacteriostatic water almost on impulse, because my frustration was so high (I meant to combine it with a diet and the gym).
Once I’d compared prices and looked into it a little, I selected a “Made in China” supplier; my resolve was to inject myself, but truthfully, fear arrived soon after the purchase.
So here’s where I am: Using it is what I want, yet I’m inexperienced. It’s already here, yet fear keeps me from using it, since it may be a different product—insulin or something of that sort.
