Hi there!! Honestly, putting this intro together has me feeling jittery, though in a positive way. It sort of makes everything seem more concrete, as though I'm on the verge of genuinely making a change… starting a brand new chapter in my life. Or maybe I'm overthinking it? LOL jk, ignore me… I have a habit of rambling. Anyway, let me get back to telling you about myself 
Hm… for as long as I can remember, I've been fairly ordinary, a 5’3 female, and my weight bounced around 110-115 for the majority of my life.
Sadly, over the last few years, my personal life went through a lot, and to keep it brief, I stopped taking care of myself. Right now, I'm at my heaviest and least healthy point ever, and honestly, that frightens me a bit.
Once I realized this, it's like a bright, glimmering sliver of light.. of hope began showing up ahead of me. I'm hoping to accompany everyone here on this wonderful journey!
