Hi everyone,

I’m from New Zealand and have been lurking for a little while, reading through the incredible amount of knowledge on this forum. I figured it was finally time to introduce myself.

My journey into peptides actually started after a pretty catastrophic ankle injury. I suffered a severe break that required two major surgeries, and by the end of it I had 14 pins, a bolt, and several plates holding everything together.

During my recovery I was introduced to the “Wolverine Stack,” and for me it was nothing short of remarkable. My recovery progressed so quickly that both my orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist were commenting week after week about how far ahead of schedule I was. Whether it was entirely due to the peptides or a combination of everything I was doing, the experience completely changed my perspective and sparked my interest in learning more about how these compounds interact with the body’s natural healing and recovery processes.

From there I went down the rabbit hole. I’ve spent a lot of time reading studies and learning about different peptides and their potential applications. More recently I explored GLP-1s and have had experience with retatrutide, which opened up another fascinating area of research for me.

Lately my focus has shifted away from body composition and much more toward overall health, longevity, recovery, and especially sleep. One thing I’ve battled for years is consistently waking around 3:30 a.m. most nights. I’ve recently started researching whether there are peptides or other evidence-based approaches that might help improve sleep quality and keep me asleep through the night. I’ve seen some interesting discussions already and am looking forward to learning from people with real-world experience while continuing to dig into the science myself.

Outside of that, I enjoy understanding the physiology behind why things work (or don’t work), rather than simply following protocols. I’m always interested in evidence, mechanisms, and hearing different perspectives from people who have experimented thoughtfully.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning from the community, and hopefully contributing where I can.

Thanks for having me!
