Just dropping in. Reading happens as much as possible, between being super busy outside and playing with my peptides morning and night. Reta has been in the picture since April 1, and it quickly became clear to me that stacking it would be needed for results. Disordered eating is a loooong part of my history and my metabolism is in distress as 47 approaches. Four kids, we are half empty nested, and a cross country move just happened lol. My son got into peptides at the beginning of the year, which makes me part of the Put your Parents on Peptides club … he's so fit and busy though, so being part of this community to keep learning and sharing what I'm doing and what's working makes me happy.
