HolyTrinity

Hi, a few months of reading on this site has taught me a lot. My user name, Holy Trinity, comes from people here referencing the “holy trinity” of Testosterone, Reta, and HGH. TRT therapy has been part of my life for several years, and researching with HGH and Reta only started recently, with a lot of advice from this forum to help guide me. The contributions from this site let me slowly learn, find suppliers, and take my health optimization into my own hands, which is exciting!
Optimizing my health is the interest, like most here, but improving my physique matters too. A very high stress job is also mine — managing a lot of people, with business travel a significant amount of the year. That is why some of the brain, gut, immunity, and mitochondria peptides are being researched, to keep me optimized.
Since the “holy trinity” started I have lost 16 pounds and added 2 pounds of muscle mass - according to an InBody scanner. Progress is slow but improve is what I will always be looking to do! Currently taking 150mg testosterone, 2mg of Reta every 5th day, and 2iU of HGH in the morning fasted.
Training is something I am pretty experienced in, with a long history of weight training and cross fit. Diet and nutrition are areas I also have a good foundation and understanding of (even though better choices for myself are something I could make at times).
Thanks for having me, all of you!
