Brandy here .. a 47yr old woman working the line in automotive production. My research started roughly eighteen months back at 257lbs, and I'm down 78lbs overall. Mostly tirzepetide plus nad so far, though I'm reading up on other options for the health benefits. Hypothyroidism and vestibular migraines are part of the picture for me, along with heading into menopause. Thyroid and migraine meds are current, and I once tried pt 141 which handed me a full-blown anxiety attack! I will absolutely give it another go, just under better conditions (well rested and definitely with something light in my stomach). If anyone has thoughts on which peps suit women better than men, or anything anti aging, I'm all ears.. Here to soak up as much as I can!
