Began weight loss journey with Tirzepatide tablets in 2001 at 314 lbs. Gradually had to switch to injectable and building dose to 15 mg/week. I was down to 214 (goal 190-195) and then had back surgery that forced me to come off tirzepatide and be mostly immobile for 6 weeks.
When restarted I was at 230 and decided to make switch to tirzepatide as I was plateauing at 214-216 lbs.
I started 4 weeks ago at 2 mg and switched this week to 4 mg. Current weight is 240.
Looking for the wisdom and experience of the forum to help me as I can't call for Tirzepatide Dr. either unless I find no help here.
