6 months on reta are done, and 15kg is gone. Starting at 100kg, now at 85kg. For the last 4 months the dose has been 4mg. The scale hasn't moved for 2 months, but before raising the dose I want to get diet and exercise more dialed in. I joined the forum for glp1 info and to hear other people's stories.
