Hi everyone! I'm around 6 months into my peptide journey now, and this place looks like the right spot to learn from people who've been in it far longer than I have. Losing weight and improving overall body composition were the reasons I started reading about peptides. Reta has been my mainstay for the last 6 months, and the weight loss has made me genuinely happy. For recovery and skin support I added klow at one point, and ghkcu is what I run now. The trouble is that while reta is fantastic at shifting weight, holding onto muscle and keeping volume is where I struggle most. Consistent lifting and a clean, protein-focused diet haven't stopped what feels like a fair bit of lean tissue going, and my muscles look and feel flat. So body recomposition protocols interest me a lot - tesa or cjc/ipa in particular - in case adding one of them preserves lean mass and brings some fullness back. There's a second wrinkle: I work 3rd shift. My body clock is flipped, and 8:30am is usually when I'm going to bed. Meal timing, fasting windows and dosing schedules all need extra planning around night shifts. If any fellow night shifters want to swap notes on timing protocols, I'd love that. Being an active part of this group, swapping experiences and learning together is something I'm looking forward to. Thanks for reading - can't wait to join the discussions!
