Hi There! Posting anywhere is not something I do, so shedding my chronic lurker status means stepping outside my comfort zone — but after a look around the site I decided to be a brave lil chickadee.
50yo F, Tirz was started Dec 2 2025, and 215lbs has become 165lbs. Tirz has me completely won over: chronic pain all over the body from arthritis and fibromyalgia has been my companion for 20+ yrs, and the anti-inflammatory effect has almost entirely taken that pain away. Drinking has dropped off too, to the point where I almost never touch alcohol — before tirz I was a full blown functioning alcoholic. My life looks completely different, and this magic potion will have to be pried from my cold dead (much thinner) hands!
This wonderful substance has opened my eyes to the peppy world, and a few others are on my list to try — the bpc-157 & tb500 combo in particular, which sounds like it might clear up whatever pain/issues remain, if it works for me.
Anyways, the plan was to lurk and maybe uncover some good grey spots, but this community looks so fun that honestly it'd be hard NOT to chime in and participate!
