Greetings, everyone in the Community!#-hello-to-the-communityI'm glad to be here and eager to meet other members who share my enthusiasm for peptides and for getting the most out of their health.

Some background on me:

For the last 2 years, peptides have been a regular part of what I do, and I've grown quite dedicated to figuring out how they operate. Right now I keep tabs on and follow roughly 50+ distinct peptides, so I've gained a wide view of the options out there and the ways various compounds behave. The whole thing has taught me a tremendous amount.

Where I stand with results:

My weight loss efforts have paid off well—over the past couple of years I've shed 40 lbs, and that's something I take real pride in. That said, progress has stalled as of late, and I want to get past it by taking a more informed, research-based approach with peptides.

What brings me here:

I have a real desire to expand what I know and to take part in substantive conversations about peptides that might assist me with:

  • Getting past the point where my weight loss has stalled
  • Sharpening my mental clarity, focus, and cognitive endurance
  • Bettering my mitochondrial function and cellular health as a whole
In my view, pairing hands-on experience with careful research is the strongest way forward, and I hope this community can help me look at things from new angles and pick up knowledge from others chasing the same kinds of goals.

I can't wait to take part in this friendly and supportive community, draw on the 97,000+ posts already here, and add worthwhile discussion as I move ahead.

I appreciate the welcome!

Glad to have you join us. That was a solid intro — with a research list of 50+ items, you probably have plenty of knowledge about this pastime. Best of luck!

Wow, past 50. If you had to pick just 5—judged by what they cost and how well they work—that you’d stay on at a maintenance dose or keep cycling for life, which ones would make the cut?

Welcome in — nice introduction.

Keeping tabs on 50+ peptides is quite a project… it really sounds like you've plunged deep into this area, and in a positive way. Shedding 40 lbs by now is a strong outcome too, even if progress has tapered off as of late.

When you hit that plateau, that's usually the point where matters become more subtle — it's less about chasing the next new thing and more about fine-tuning the things that are already delivering.

There's certainly no shortage of conversation around here on topics like:

  • getting past stalls
  • cognitive/mental performance
  • approaches centered on mitochondria
This group has a good blend of hands-on experience and careful experimentation, so you ought to fit in nicely.

Can't wait to see what you find and bring to the table 👍

That's a really good question, and I'd be curious about the answer myself. How are you measuring what each one is actually doing?

This is really something. Like other people have said, I'd like to hear which parts you feel have been effective and which ones haven't.

Hi Partners,

My approach to peptides has been pretty wide-ranging.

I went after the key benefits of every target and tried them simultaneously.

After that, I paid attention to how my body responded. Certain peptides triggered a reaction in me.

So we'd work backward to identify which one caused it. At any single time, I'd introduce no more than 4, starting at a low dose, then ramp up to therapeutic levels. When I feel off, I pull all four out and reintroduce them one by one until I pinpoint the culprit.

Some I'll never touch again.

These days, though, I have my staples:

Reta

Tesa/Ipa

IGF to stay quick on my feet while moving around the pickleball court.

BPC/KPV together to settle inflammation (the second time around, Pickleball elbow healed much faster with it).

Over 50 peptides seems wild—have any of them caused you negative side effects? Also, have you been getting blood work done regularly?
