I work as a carpenter, a farmer, and an entrepreneur. Aches and pains are constant for me, and I consistently feel like I'm carrying 10-20 lbs too much. My family tells me I look good, yet I don't feel good until I reach my goal weight, and that usually doesn't hold for very long. This cycle has worn me out, so I'm considering a low dose for a very long stretch of time. I'd like to hear more about how this has worked out for others, and possibly other tips for healing the body.

I'm still pretty new to this myself, though I've been at it long enough to report that Reta at low doses has treated me well across the last 6 weeks. My body fat is down just over 1%, and I'm being careful to hold onto muscle rather than chasing fast scale movement. It hasn't been some effortless "miracle drug" in my case. What it has done is make it far simpler to put together a sensible diet and exercise plan you're confident will work, and then stay with it, without the cravings or temptations that usually knock the plan off course. Good luck!

Appreciate it. As soon as I'm able, I can't wait to give it a try. Down the road once I've got some momentum going, the wolverine stack and a few other options are on my radar too.
