My Mounjaro journey began in November 2025, when I weighed 115 kg. These days I’m at 95 kg, and I’m aiming for roughly 85 kg.
The last dose of Mounjaro I took was 10 mg, and 4 weeks ago I made the switch to retatrutide. Right now I’m on 2 mg, with plans to raise the dose step by step following the Lilly trial protocol — possibly reaching 9 mg, depending on how it goes.
I came to this forum hoping to pick up things from what others have gone through, and to post updates on my own progress as I go.
