Hi all,
A little about me, then — new to the forum, as you'd expect. Nothing peptide wise is in my system at the moment; learning is the whole point of being here. My entire life has involved attempts at losing weight: gym sessions, random diets, some success, then life gets in the way, everything comes back, and frankly I'm sick of the cycle. What peptides are capable of is something I want to understand better — and, more to the point, whether they suit me at all.
Between 250-300lbs is where I bounce around, and for a 6'1" guy that simply isn't a healthy spot. Weight has ALWAYS been a struggle, as I said, and peptides get talked up so much — though in the US the prices are just stupid, which is what sent me searching and eventually landed me here. Being new to all this means there is a mountain to learn, so the plan is to absorb as much as possible over the coming weeks/months and only then work out if, and what. Sitting around 200lbs would make me very happy. Macros, nutrients, calorie tracking and gym training are all things I know well — it just feels like this could quiet the food noise and carry me to my goal. I'm 43, and being in the best shape of my life at 45 is the dream! That's it for now; happy to answer questions and keen to keep reading and learning!
