Introductions.... I'm a 40 year old guy living in Idaho. Currently 5'10" and 165lbs, but roughly 3 years back I weighed 300lbs with an a1c of 15.7. These days my body fat sits around 17% and my a1c is 5.1. Through lifestyle adjustments (keto) I got down to roughly 180lbs, then began sema which took off another 10, followed by tirz for another 5, at which point everything came to a halt. About 4 weeks ago I switched to reta and the scale hasn't budged, though my body composition is clearly shifting.

What brings me here seeking additional guidance: I've been taking clomid for close to a year and a half. Initially it felt like a return to my younger self, but over the past 6 months I've been experiencing low T symptoms despite my Testosterone staying above 1500H. My blood panel from 3/6/2026 is attached for review. After seeing how elevated my T was, I halved my Clomid dose and haven't gotten retested yet. From what I've been reading, I'm questioning whether the Clomid itself might be causing these negative effects. (reduced libido, feeling weak, fatigue, mental fog, depression)

I'm also attempting to stick with a low carb high protein way of eating. To my usual routine I've added psyllium husk and creatine (added after bloodwork results), plus 7.5mg reta (1 pin a week), fish oils, vitamin d, coq10, berberine, Magnesium glycinate and a Kirkland multivitamin. I had been exercising but I'm finding myself wiped out morning and night, so my motivation to get back to working out hasn't been great.

My goals are:

1. Get my energy and sex drive back

2. Get below 10% body fat.

3. Build muscle and physique

4. Lean towards my body's natural mechanisms so if I have to stop any one medication/treatment, I'm not completely screwed (Avoiding TRT for this reason)

5. Look younger, feel younger

6. Longevity both mental and physical

I'm deep into researching peptides and medication but I'm also open to advice! Here's what I'm leaning towards right now:

1. Replace Clomid with Enclomid for hopefully less side effects

2. keep my normal vitamin/mineral stuff to bridge the nutrition gaps in my consumption

3. Stay on Reta 7.5mg

4. Add KLOW

5. Add CJC-1295 without DAC and IPA combination

If you've made it this far in my intro, I'm welcome to any advice/suggestions you can provide. Thank YOU

Nice work on shedding those pounds! That's impressive. I figured your energy and libido would have bounced back once the weight came off. Sadly, I can't offer much since I'm dealing with the same lack of sex drive as you. Right now the only thing I'm taking is Reta. I'm 41 and have gone from 300 down to 250. My reta dosage is just 5mg, and I began at 1mg roughly 6+ months back. I've always stuck to once a week, but lately I've been considering splitting the dose and injecting every 3-4 days to see if that changes anything, because I notice the effect early on and then my cravings return strongly around day 5.

I need to start looking into some of the other things you're using to see if they could help me too. To be honest, I still haven't gotten a complete blood panel done.

I keep coming across the idea that dividing your dose throughout the week can help. At the beginning I was afraid of needles, but after getting accustomed to them, splitting my doses is something I may try too. None of the GLP-1's have given me any side effects at all. (Sema, Tirz, and now Reta) So when my appetite stays the same or the scale doesn't move, I can't even tell they're doing anything... With Reta it's not the same because its appetite suppression isn't as strong as Tirz, which makes it seem like Reta isn't working. Still, I'm going to try it for 3 months to find out how much it can actually do.

This is what I might end up running:

RT30 (retatrutide)

KLOW80 (TB500, BPC 157, GHK-CU, KPV)

CJC-1295 without DAC + IPA

Semax

Point out the gaps for me? 😛

Cutting out CJC-1295 without DAC + IPA. My goal was improved sleep, but it seems like that would give me the weakest results. So this is my starting stack:

RT30 (retatrutide)

KLOW80 (TB500, BPC 157, GHK-CU, KPV)

MT-2 (tan fat looks better than pale fat, Am I right?)

Semax

Tirz is something I still need to give a shot. Reta worked really well in the beginning — no appetite, no cravings. Eventually that effect faded away. What's genuinely wild about my experience with Reta is my IBS. A lot of those problems cleared up once I started it. Before, going out to eat with the family was miserable; I'd hold off on my food until everyone else was almost done, just so we could leave immediately afterward. These days trips to the bathroom are rare, so honestly it's felt like a blessing.
