Hey all! Joining this group feels great, and I can't wait to absorb knowledge from a crowd with this much firsthand experience.
My GLP-1 story began in October 2023, the month I started compounded semaglutide. Not long after, perimenopause arrived and hit me far harder than I'd anticipated, so I added HRT around the same period. Weight had crept up, sleep was terrible, aches and pains never let up, and I simply didn't recognize myself anymore.
Across nearly three years since then, I've put real effort into changes I can keep up long term, and the result is a 40 pound loss. Even bigger than the number: I rest well, my body is no longer in constant pain, and I honestly feel healthier and stronger than I have in years.
Currently I microdose tirzepatide, and my routine also includes GHK-Cu, CJC/Ipamorelin, and NAD+, all part of how I approach overall wellness, healthy aging, and longevity. Right now I'm aiming to keep refining my body composition, gain and hold onto muscle, tighten up, and get my health dialed in for the long haul.
So far things have gone really well, but there's clearly plenty left to learn. I'm eager to meet people here, swap stories, and gather fresh ideas as I go. Appreciate the welcome!
