8 weeks of Mounjaro so far. 115kg was the starting point; 107kg is where I am now.
This drug has, to my mind, completely reshaped my life: strength training 4 days a week is back in the routine after close to 8 years away. Work and the kids took the blame for years, but laziness and bad habits were the real culprits.
On top of that came cycling, skating and rope skipping to build the cardio up. Honestly, I have never felt better.
Mounjaro's price pushed me to pick up some Reta, since every report I read said it beats Tirz — so the Tirz is now heading down while the Reta comes up.
5mg Tirz last week; this week 2.5mg Tirz alongside 2mg Reta. That continues a few more weeks, then the Reta rises to 4mg.
More knowledge and a bit of help is what I'm after, mostly to be sure I'm not getting things wrong.
