Heyy~

Peptides entered my life because of my husband, honestly. His weight has been a huge, huge battle for him. Compounded tirz left him wiped out and badly constipated, to the point he had to stop, so after I did some digging I steered him toward reta earlier this year. I've got weight to lose as well, but on top of that I deal with chronic fatigue syndrome, suspected SIBO, and that whole delightful cluster of things that like to show up together, so I began reta at a low dose too... Titrating upward gave me cardiac symptoms, so I had to drop back down. Even so, I'm down roughly 40 pounds (5'10"; highest weight ~271, current weight ~231), and I've branched out into fun peptides that have nothing to do with weight like~

KPV: My digestion is normally so sluggish. Yet whenever I take KPV, I immediately feel genuine, real healthy peristalsis get going in my gut! It seems to do a lot of good for my mood and how I function overall by keeping my gut happier.

TA-1: I used to catch every bug that came through, and I'd be the sickest for the longest. Since I started TA-1, two illnesses have swept through my family and I missed both. I haven't been sick at all.

GHK-cu: ISRs were setting off my mast cell issues like crazy, so I've been trying oral formulations instead, and they work surprisingly well. My skin is much softer and prettier.

BPC-157: I began this one orally too and should be moving to subQ this week. It really helps with my gut sensitivity and might even be helping my restless leg syndrome. For a few weeks I was sleeping better than I have in years! Until the bottle ran out.... so we'll see whether that was a coincidence or the real thing.

Ofc I also play around with plenty of supplements etc. but typing that list out would make this way too long for life soo... But if anyone here is into biohacking around chronic unexplained illness bs like what I mentioned, or high-functioning ASD, we could have some fun chats 🙂

Welcome! Reta is what I'm using as well. My start was roughly a month back, and before that I spent 2.5 years on tirz from the UK, which meant the multi dose pens were my method, but the cost got too high, so I switched to grey - all told I dropped 30 pounds, my insane inflammation disappeared, and my period pain went down a lot (for that benefit alone I could stay on it forever) 🥰. Reta works for me, though I think tirz suits me better, so going back to it is a possibility. Oral bpc, Kpv and tb 500 are also on my radar, since injections still aren't something I enjoy, even now
