New here, and starting my bio-hacking journey is the goal! This forum came to my attention through Reddit, and joining felt right because deepening my journey is what I wanted.
reta is what I'm interested in starting, but compounded tirzepatide with NAD+ is what I'm on right now — which I'm convinced is either watered down or I'm just not that great of a responder. Before that, I was around 330 lbs. tirz came in at 332 lbs and the 280s is where I'm hanging now. Financial reasons had me back and forth on the GLP-1, but I've gotten back on it pretty steadily since then.
Diet and exercise routine have also been changed up, and 10k steps a day is my regular walk (hoping to boost that to 20k). Kettlebell training is my main workout.
Back to bio-hacking: very natural was always my approach, and nothing medication-wise would ever have been used in the past ("medication bad" mindset), but that perspective has since changed. If science can help, then let it help.
Stacking reta, glo, or klow interests me, and NAD+ will probably stay just because I like the way I feel on it.
The compound dose is 13.2mg currently, but previously it was 15mg tirz. Going back up may happen, but a new formula was recently switched to, so waiting a bit before boosting it again seems wise.
